A mid century Italian rattan daybed attributed to Tito Agnoli for Bonacina. Newly upholstered with new foam and a striped wool blend fabric complete with matching bolster pillows. Sourced in Northern Italy.

Tito Agnoli (1931–2023) was an influential Italian furniture designer known for his elegant, functional, and minimalist approach to mid-century design. Originally trained as a painter, Agnoli transitioned to furniture design and quickly gained recognition for his collaborations with esteemed Italian brands, including Cassina, Poltrona Frau, and Arflex. His designs, spanning sofas, lighting, and shelving, are celebrated for their refined lines and practical, user-centered focus.

Agnoli’s work has been exhibited in major design venues, including the Milan Triennale, and is part of the permanent collections in museums such as the Museum of Modern Art (MoMA) in New York.
